DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Order processing time:
Delivery of goods is made after the payment is received. Our items are ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Note that orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

For your convenience we offer several delivery methods:
Omniva postal machines:
- Omniva self-service postal machine in Lithuania is: 3.50 eur. It is free of charge if order is above 85€;
- Omniva self-service postal machine in Latvia: 6€;
- Omniva self-service postal machine in Estonia: 9€.
Courier prices:
- Lithuania: 8€;
- Latvia: 15€;
- Estonia: 15€;
- Delivery in European Union: 15€;
- International deliveries from 25€.

International taxes for orders outside the EU and USA:
Customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the relating costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us and we will do our best to help!
Returns & Exchanges:
Love and care goes into every Everyday By Roberta garment, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange for a different size we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must be in the original packaging, including tags, plastic and garments must not be washed or worn.
If the returned product is in good condition and received in the same state as it was delivered to you, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only the amount of money paid for the product is returned to the buyer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
- Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards
- Individual order or order with customisation.
Buyer pays return shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. Everyday By Roberta is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
